Plot Outline: Sonic is given a speeding ticket, and because he can’t pay the fine so he is sent to work on the chain gang in an unfair town under the mind control of Robotnik.

Sonic Says: When you’re in trouble, ask a police man, because It’s their job to protect us, and our job to let them know when we need them.
